Just had these painting among around 30 other ones displayed at the local Edina Art Fair! It was fascinating to introduce myself daily to dozens and dozens of people and have hundreds see my work. I am proud to have been invited to this event and being able to muscle all of the preparation (there was a lot of it) that lead to an actual art fair: research on art booth, portable walls and displays, framing and print materials - all took time, and it was time well spent. During these three days we - the exhibitors - got rained on a lot, so I had plenty of time to sit in my booth and reflect about how much I enjoy the process of painting over the process of selling artwork. Well, since these thoughts are not too productive, I figured that I better work on making the later more enjoyable. :-) Back to painting now.
